Nous verrons comment mettre fin à une situation de la manière la plus directe possible. Comment déterminer nos objectifs et atteindre nos buts lorsque nous sommes confrontés à une intention hostile. Ou encore comment neutraliser une intention et transformer la situation en notre faveur.
Par notre corps en tant que système nous explorerons comment communiquer à travers l'action. Vous découvrirez comment des actions tel que des frappes peuvent avoir un impact profond et significatif. Il ne s'agit pas seulement de simples rencontres physiques, mais d'une communication authentique qui transcende la simple compétition.

Au programme :
Jour 1, nous pourrons explorer un travail corporel de très haut niveau, qui est une base essentielle pour le travail interne mais qui est souvent négligé.
Jour 2, travail interne sur le contrôle de l'esprit, la conscience situationnelle et des objectifs réalistes en dehors de la compétition personnelle.
Accrochez vous car Vladimir annonce une énorme quantité d'informations pour ce séminaire car il y aura là un très vaste ensemble de sujets pour seulement quelques jours.

Vladimir Zaïkovsky a pratiqué le Systema pendant 25 ans dont 15 en tant qu'instructeur principal au QG du Systema de Moscou (donnant 7 cours par semaine).
Pendant sa pratique, Il aura été l'élève personnel de Mikhail Ryabko le fondateur du Systema. Il est un exemple pur de son enseignement, car il n'a jamais essayé d'autres arts martiaux.
On peu compter à son actif un long historique de séminaires qu'il a donné dans le monde entier.
En 2022, il a quitté toutes les organisations de Systema. Et aujourd'hui, de temps en temps, il partage ses précieuses connaissances et sa maîtrise en enseignant dans différentes écoles d'arts martiaux d'amis de longue date en Europe et en Asie.

Day 1, we will explore high-level body work, which is an essential foundation for internal work but is often overlooked.
Day 2, internal work focusing on mind control, situational awareness, and setting realistic goals beyond personal competition.

Vladimir Zaïkovsky has practiced Systema for 25 years, 15 of which as the leading instructor at the Moscow Systema Headquarters (teaching 7 classes per week).
During his practice, he was the personal student of Mikhail Ryabko, the founder of Systema. He is a pure example of his teaching as he has never tried any other martial arts.
He has a long history of conducting seminars around the world. In 2022, he left all Systema organizations.
Today, he occasionally shares his valuable knowledge and expertise by teaching in various martial arts schools of long-time friends in Europe and Asia.
